The C³ Initiative is a six-month elite workforce development program designed to produce professionals who are:

Participants undergo a rigorous transformation process powered by the C³ Framework: Competence • Character • Capacity
The program is divided into two phases:
Participants undergo structured training, discipline formation, and supervised project execution.
Participants transition into real work environments where they operate as active staff members under performance evaluation.
The first cohort will admit 100 participants across five tracks, ensuring focused mentorship, supervision, and measurable growth. This is not a conventional internship.
It is a professional formation system designed to produce work-ready professionals.
