JOB OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketer and Sales Manager to lead our online marketing efforts and drive revenue growth. In this dual role, you will strategize and execute digital campaigns to increase brand visibility while actively managing the sales pipeline to convert leads into loyal clients. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, with a passion for digital trends, strong sales acumen, and the ability to create compelling marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience.
YOUR ROLE:
As the Digital Marketer and Sales Manager at Dgazelle Digital, you will wear two hats—driving digital marketing initiatives and leading sales efforts. You will craft and execute effective online campaigns, optimize marketing funnels, and generate qualified leads. Simultaneously, you will oversee the sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term business growth. Your strategic vision and leadership will be crucial in expanding our market reach and maximizing revenue.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement result-driven digital marketing strategies to attract and convert leads.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads for maximum ROI.
- Oversee SEO, content marketing, and organic growth strategies to drive traffic and brand visibility.
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing and conversions.
- Implement AI-driven marketing automation for efficient lead generation and follow-ups.
2. Sales & Client Acquisition
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to convert leads into paying clients.
- Conduct sales calls, demos, and client meetings to close deals.
- Build and manage sales funnels to generate predictable revenue.
Identify and target potential clients through cold outreach, social selling, and inbound marketing. - Negotiate and finalize deals, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term retention.
3. Lead Generation & Funnel Optimization
- Design and optimize high-converting sales funnels for lead capture and conversion.
- Track and improve conversion rates at every stage of the funnel.
- Implement retargeting strategies to bring back lost leads and increase sales.
4. Client Relationship Management & Retention
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and support.
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and continuous engagement.
- Implement upselling and cross-selling strategies to increase client lifetime value (CLV).
5. Analytics, Reporting & Performance Optimization
- Track and analyze key marketing & sales metrics to measure performance.
- Prepare detailed weekly/monthly reports on campaigns, sales, and conversion rates.
- Optimize campaigns based on data insights to improve efficiency and revenue.
6. Collaboration & Team Leadership
- Work closely with designers, content creators, and developers to ensure marketing alignment.
- Train and manage junior marketers or sales team members as the agency scales.
- Stay updated with industry trends, AI tools, and new marketing/sales techniques.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in digital marketing & sales (agency experience is a plus).
Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads, Google Ads, SEO, email marketing & automation.
Proven experience in closing deals & client acquisition.
Ability to build and optimize sales funnels for lead generation & conversions.
Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
Experience with AI-driven marketing & automation tools is an added advantage.
REQUIREMENTS:
- A laptop is a must-have
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing software.
- Familiarity with website design concepts and tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and branding strategies.
- Good presentation skills
- Open to learning new ideas and rapid growth
- Self-sufficient and able to properly manage one’s own time
