At Dgazelle Digital, we have experienced this challenge firsthand. Over the years, we have tried to recruit talented individuals into our teams and projects. But too often we encounter the same pattern:

Many young people are eager to succeed. They invest time learning skills online, purchasing courses, and watching tutorials. Yet after only a few months of learning, they begin applying for roles without ever experiencing structured mentorship, real performance expectations, or accountability systems.

The C³ Initiative was created as a structured response to this challenge.

Six months structured in two transformative phases

Participants undergo intensive development focused on skill mastery, discipline, and real project execution.
Goal: Transform participants from skill learners into professional contributors

3 Months
Participants who successfully complete Phase 1 will transition into a three-month industry immersion period where they will work as active staff members within Dgazelle Digital or partner organizations.
This stage provides the real work experience most young professionals never receive early in their careers
Participants will be distributed across five professional tracks, allowing for focused development and supervision. Each participant will apply for one primary specialization track and will be evaluated based on performance within that area.
