As A  Paid Media Buyer/Manager you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on various digital platforms to achieve the agency’s and clients’ marketing objectives.

You play a pivotal role in driving website traffic, lead generation, and revenue growth through strategic ad placements. 

The ideal candidate will be passionate, have a strong understanding of social media platforms, be able to apply sales & marketing best practices,  and can have fun while working excellently with little or no supervision.


  • Campaign Planning: Conduct market research and audience analysis to develop effective paid media strategies aligned with clients’ objectives.

  • Ad Platform Management: Manage advertising accounts on various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc., and stay up-to-date with platform changes and new opportunities.

  • Budget Management: Set and allocate advertising budgets to ensure optimal performance and ROAS for clients.

  • Ad Creation: Develop compelling ad copy, headlines, and visuals that align with the campaign goals and resonate with the target audience.

  • Keyword Research: Conduct keyword research for search engine advertising to identify relevant keywords and optimize ad targeting.

  • Bid Management: Monitor bids and optimize bid strategies to achieve cost-effective results.

  • A/B Testing: Set up and analyze A/B tests to improve ad performance and refine targeting.

  • Conversion Tracking: Implement and monitor conversion tracking to measure the effectiveness of ad campaigns accurately.

  • Performance Analysis: Continuously monitor campaign performance and use data insights to make data-driven decisions for optimizations.

  • Reporting: Provide regular reports to clients and internal stakeholders, summarizing campaign performance and highlighting key insights.

  • Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed about campaign progress and addressing any questions or concerns.

  • Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitors’ advertising activities and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Keep abreast of changes in digital advertising, industry best practices, and emerging trends to ensure the agency remains competitive.


  • Higher Conversions: The Paid Media Buyer/Manager aims to increase the number of conversions, such as leads, sales, or sign-ups, resulting from the ads.

  • Improved ROAS: The goal is to achieve a positive Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), ensuring that ad investments generate profitable returns for clients.

  • Enhanced Click-Through Rates (CTR): The Paid Media Buyer/Manager seeks to improve CTRs to increase ad engagement and drive more traffic to the clients’ websites.

  • Accurate Tracking and Reporting: Precise tracking of conversions and other key metrics, along with comprehensive reporting, are expected to provide valuable insights for campaign improvements and demonstrate the success of the ad campaigns to clients.

  • Client Satisfaction: The Paid Media Buyer/Manager’s ability to deliver results and maintain clear communication with clients leads to higher levels of client satisfaction and retention.

  • Ad Campaign Optimization: Through continuous analysis and optimization, the Paid Media Buyer/Manager should improve the performance of ad campaigns over time, ensuring ongoing success and meeting or exceeding the clients’ objectives.



  • A laptop is a must-have
  • Good over-the-phone / FB / video conference 
  • Minimum of 1-year experience and proven results in social media management.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good presentation skils
  • Open to learning new ideas and rapid growth
  • Must have good knowledge of campaign management tools, analytics tools (Google & Facebook Analytics), productivity tools (Google Drive, Slack), and Social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn
  • Self-sufficient and able to properly manage one’s own time
