The Sales Rep/Manager is a key leader and plays a critical role in the success of our organization.

As a sales representative/manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying issues, meeting sales targets, customer acquisition, driving revenue growth, prospecting/generating leads as well as conducting sales presentations and negotiations.

The ideal candidate will be passionate, proactive, have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment.


#1,200,000 – #1,900,000 OTE, with a #100,000 Base.


  • Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve the agency’s revenue targets and growth objectives.
  • Identify and prospect potential clients, build relationships, and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of the market, competitors, and industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Pitch agency services to prospective clients, deliver compelling presentations, and negotiate contracts and pricing terms.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop customized proposals and solutions that address client needs and objectives.
  • Actively manage and nurture existing client accounts, build strong relationships, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular meetings and consultations with clients to understand their evolving requirements and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new marketing techniques, and emerging technologies to effectively position the agency’s services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and project management, to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
  • Track sales activities, pipeline, and revenue performance using CRM systems or other tools, and provide regular reports to management.
  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand the agency’s reach and identify new business opportunities.
  • Keep abreast of changes in the competitive landscape, industry regulations, and client needs, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Provide feedback and insights from client interactions to the marketing team to help shape future campaigns and service offerings.
  • Continuously develop and refine sales skills through training, workshops, and self-study to enhance sales performance.


  • Revenue generation: Minimum of 10 deals closed each month
  • Client Acquisition: Sales reps/managers are expected to bring in new clients to the agency.
  • Reports: Regular reports on sales are submitted to the executive team.
  • Stellar Performance: Each Sales manager is performing at or above standard.
  • Culture: Company values and culture are consistently upheld by all sales team members.


  • A laptop is a must-have
  • Good over-the-phone / FB / video conference 
  • Minimum of 1-year experience and proven results in sales.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies.
  • Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
  • High emotional intelligence, resilience, and problem-solving ability.
  • Proficient in using digital marketing tools, including social media platforms.
