JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a full-time focused and results-oriented Sales and Paid Media Manager to lead our sales and digital advertising efforts. This individual will manage the end-to-end sales process, run effective paid media campaigns across platforms, and close deals that drive revenue for the agency. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong background in sales, digital advertising, and client relationship management.

YOUR ROLE:

As A  Paid Media Buyer/Manager you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on various digital platforms to achieve the agency’s and clients’ marketing objectives.

You play a pivotal role in driving website traffic, lead generation, and revenue growth through strategic ad placements. 

The ideal candidate will be passionate, have a strong understanding of social media platforms, be able to apply sales & marketing best practices,  and can have fun while working excellently with little or no supervision.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Paid Media Campaign Management
  • Strategize, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and LinkedIn.
  • Conduct A/B testing, optimize ad performance, and monitor campaign budgets to maximize ROI.
  • Analyze campaign data and prepare detailed performance reports.

     2. Sales and Lead Conversion:

  • Handle inbound sales inquiries and proactively reach out to potential clients to generate leads.
  • Conduct discovery calls, sales presentations, and consultations with prospective clients.
  • Close deals by effectively communicating the value of Dgazelle Digital’s services.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

      3. Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective clients throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery of services post-sale.

     4. Strategic Planning and Growth:

  • Identify market trends and opportunities to expand the agency’s client base
  • Provide input on sales and marketing strategies to support business objectives
  • Stay updated on industry best practices for paid media and sales strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, digital marketing, or paid media management (agency experience is a plus).
  • Proven track record of successfully closing deals and achieving sales targets.
  • Expertise in running and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A laptop is a must-have
  • Good over-the-phone / FB / video conference 
  • Minimum of 1-year experience and proven results in social media management.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good presentation skils
  • Open to learning new ideas and rapid growth
  • Self-sufficient and able to properly manage one’s own time
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Zoho, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with sales funnels and lead generation strategies.
  • Basic knowledge of website design and branding concepts is an advantage.
